In this SUPER SPECIAL and interactive Storytime performance, we team up with local children’s author Kathy Urban to bring her stories to life on stage with the help of your kids!
With the kids guiding the action and creating the characters, our talented improvisers fearlessly jump into action, whether it’s building a spaceship, catching Santa, or battling a dragon! It’s a whirlwind of creativity and fun that knows no limits.
Super Story is not only a great introduction to theatre and storytelling for young children, but also a blast for the whole family, filled with laughter and unforgettable moments! Bring your kids to help us tell a Super Story!
Kathy will be doing a book signing after the performance!

About Kathy’s Brand New Book: A Tree for Everyone Illustrated by Rosie Butcher
Set around an old oak tree, two groups of children find themselves at odds with each other. As angry words halt their play, can the children find a way forward to share their special place and turn strangers into friends?
A heartwarming story about the value of teamwork, second chances and the healing power of a meaningful apology.
“I felt compelled to write something new, something that’s rooted in my own childhood. It’s one that keeps resurfacing time and time again these days, as if it wanted me to share it. This story is one about friendship, old and new ones, of second chances and the healing power of a meaningful apology.
Coming this autumn, when the oak tree will be changing colours once again – A Tree for Everyone. I can’t wait to share it with you.”

“There’s nothing else in Dubai that would take the suggestions of what kids want to see in a story, and would honour almost all of them in a fun, entertaining and immersive way” – Farah El Haddad
